Did a great ST workout yesterday - over an hour with abs thrown in for good measure. 15 minutes of Yoga and a 2 mile walk in the park. Ate my fruits and veggies and drank the water, but I overdid it on the calories......
Thank you Lord for blessing our steps all the way to the end.

My plan is to track all my food to stay on range... follow my training plan! Saturday: strawberries, 1/4 C FF Yogurt and 1/4 C All-brand buds, bagel and light cream cheese; taboule salad, hummus and falafel pita (the challenge is I ate this meal as a take out because we did a day trip to Toronto) and I got a little off track and I had a small soft ice cream cone... Still "in range"! Exercise: 50 min yoga (plenty of ST) and walking all afternoon... Tomorrow: planning a 11k run

An hour of ST this morning with hubby, then an hour on the elliptical. I've got the exercise covered. At least for today. Will watch the eating and will try to get more fruits and veggies in. As always, I drink enough water.
