OK My new yogurt, that I just LOVE, is Dannon Light & Fit Greek. I just happen to have the carton in front of me. This is for the strawberry. It's a 5 oz cup--80 cals with 6 g of sugar & 55 mg of sodium! (Carb total = 8g) 1 tsp = 4 grams of sugar. So that 5 oz cup of creamy yummy yogurt has roughly 1.5 tsp of sugar in it.
Another yogurt that I REALLY like is Dannon Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control. They're 4 oz cups for 45 cals with 2 gram of sugar & 30 mg of sodium (Carb total = 3g). That's 1/2 tsp of sugar. And it's just as creamy & yummy. But they only have 2 flavors-vanilla & strawberry.
I also like Greek Gods Greek Non Fat Plain yogurt but it's high in sodium & sugars, too.
I googled mg into tsp for salt and it came up 0.00018 tsp = 1 mg. My math isn't great. Can someone put that, like, is that more or less than 1/4 tsp
I generally eat the Carb & Sugar Control yogurt and add some frozen berries to it.
