Alternate 10 minutes of cardio with 5 minutes of weights(Strength Training)
Try to break it up into body groups,

~10 minute cardio with 5 minutes of upper body ST

Then
~ 10 minutes cardio with 5 minutes of lower body ST

Then
~ 10 minutes cardio with 5 minutes of abs
