That is the one thing I do is track, I use spark tracker even have the app on my phone..... I would say maybe I would miss 1 or 2 days of not tracking my dinner It would be only 2x a month .. becuse I forgot or it was too late.. but other then that every day.. faithfully.. the good the bad and the Ugly..

I do that all the time! And as a follow up of earlier challenge, I will make this day healthier! My desert for tonight - and I cook for the family - is a strawberry Greek yojo ... and I can track my recipes because I use the spark recipe calculator!
