emoticon - at LEAST 9 glasses of water daily

emoticon - at LEAST 3 serving fruits daily

emoticon - at LEAST 4 servings veggies this weekend(remember: fiber is our
friend emoticon )

emoticon - at LEAST 20 minutes of ST once this weekend.

emoticon - just try to stay ACTIVE this weekend!
