The water and fruit are a given because that's already the way I eat and drink - but the exercising part... we'll see! :D

Don't wait until you've reached your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of every step you take toward reaching that goal.

A few "bad" days can't ruin your plan... only giving up can do that. Just keep going and you will get there.

family can be a little trying-all that emoticon food is tempting!

SO...

BACK TO BASICS Weekend!

emoticon- at LEAST 30 minutes daily of ANY cardio

emoticon- at LEAST 9 glasses of water daily

emoticon- at LEAST 3 serving fruits daily

emoticon- at LEAST 4 servings veggies this weekend(remember: fiber is our
friend emoticon)

emoticon- at LEAST 20 minutes of ST once this weekend.

&

emoticon- just try to stay ACTIVE this weekend!
