Wow sounds like a day! I have been having a hard time walking it is dark when I go into work and dark when I get off. Plus it was nice but rained all evening yesterday so I did not get out. it was 65 yesterday but dropped all night and the high has come and gone for today it is in the low 40s now. We may get off a little early today due to our Xmas party but I have not been sleeping well at all so I may go home and sleep LOL. We start moving into our house next week, closing should be 12DEC so lots to do then!

I'm hoping to sleep real well tonight. I had a trying day with so many things going wrong today. The over-the-toilet organizing shelves fell and the glass broke all over the floor, not to mention all of the gels, creams and oils that spilled and broke all over the floor, then I worked for a couple of hours cleaning all of that up and cleaning the rest of the upstairs. Then later in the day I was cleaning the kitchen before I was making dinner and a whole cup of tea slipped out of my hands and fell on the floor. And to top it off when I was putting the food in the refrigerator after cleaning the kitchen, taking a two mile walk in the park with my DH and doggie, going to the store, putting the food away and making dinner, I dumped a whole pot of turkey vegetable soup all over the floor. I think I was tired all day today and pushed myself anyway and that is why I had so many 'accidents' today. I am going to sleep shortly in my loving DH's arms and pray the Good Lord lets me sleep all of this off.

Thank you Lord for blessing our steps all the way to the end.

I hiked 8 miles/1500' elevation gain today [equivalent of 150 flights of stairs] so I think I'll sleep pretty well tonight!

I am so tired but when I get off work bet I will feel good enough to do my 1 mile walk but then I want to shower and go to bed.
It is clouding over and I am not going walk like I did Sunday. I walked while it was sprinkling but it was cold Sunday today it is 65! Will be 37 for high tomorrow. It was 40s yesterday very crazy LOL.

I really didn't do so well last night. I went to bed 30 minutes early; however, I kept getting back up because I was restless. Now, I feel wiped out. emoticon

Last night I went to bed at around 11:15 pm. It took me quite some time to fall asleep, maybe about an hour or so. I finally did fall asleep and woke up at around 7am. I probably got about 6 or 6.5 hours sleep last night. I usually average between 6 and 7 hours a night which is good for me. Tonight I will go to bed earlier, especially if I am tired.

On week days I average about 6 to 7 hours. On weekends I can usually get 8 or 9.

As anyone who's had a sleepless night will tell you, sleep deprivation can make for a very tough day. Not getting enough sleep can make it hard to remember things and concentrate on tasks. Sleeplessness can also affect your mood by making you feel impatient and short-tempered. By getting even a little bit of extra sleep, you set yourself up for a more positive and productive day.
