This mrng I did a 40 min Gilad Interval dvd and then my daughter & I walked up to Kmart((PED): 7.84 mile, 12344 steps, 372 cals (HRM) 2 HR 12 MIN, 552 cals ) And that's JUST for the walk! Not bad! And my daughter didn't complain once
We did stop at a Chinese buffet resturant afterwards, tho. I did good-I only went up once and LOADED up with veggies but it was still a lot of salt. I know this becuz I am now drinking water by the GALLON-SO thirsty!
Did 90 minutes on the elliptical this morning and I'm watching what I'm eating so no problem. Have a great weekend!!
