emoticon but I went 50 calories over on Sunday. Did 21 minutes of Abs, an Arm ST workout and Yoga stretching.

This mrng I did a 40 min Gilad Interval dvd and then my daughter & I walked up to Kmart((PED): 7.84 mile, 12344 steps, 372 cals
(HRM) 2 HR 12 MIN, 552 cals )
And that's JUST for the walk! Not bad! And my daughter didn't complain once emoticon

We did stop at a Chinese buffet resturant afterwards, tho. I did good-I only went up once and LOADED up with veggies but it was still a lot of salt. I know this becuz I am now drinking water by the GALLON-SO thirsty!

But, all in all, I did good today!

So far, I did 10 min cardio and 10 ST. I have drank more than 9 glasses of water. I am way off with the fruits and vegetables.

Started off the mrng with a dvd--Denise Austin's BootCamp dvd. So I got my cardio plus lots of walking. Everything else is on track, too!

Now for tomorrow!

Did 90 minutes on the elliptical this morning and I'm watching what I'm eating so no problem. Have a great weekend!!
