Cool! I did this yesterday. My goals are posted on my SparkPage, but I'll list them here to, because I hope that will keep them in the front of my mind.
1) lose 8# (270 to 262) by 3/25
2) total body ST 30 minutes two days a week
3) lower body ST 30 minutes one day a week
4) 25 minutes cardio minimum five days a week
5) earn 1000 SparkPoints
6) 660 fitness minutes
7) try 4 fitness videos from the library
8) stay within my calorie range 6 days a week
