My March goal is to follow my training program to speed up my hiking AND to lose 5 lbs or more in the process. I have some other goals that are not really related to SparkPeople but will help support my health and happiness - for instance, I will complete the requirements to be a hiking guide for a local organization.

My March Goals:

I slacked off a bit on cardio last month but I did increase my ST! Anyone who knows me knows I MUCH prefer ST to cardio.

This month

~ I intend to up my cardio to 5 days a week, at least 40 minutes per. I have a couple of new Cathe Friedrich dvds to help me along with this.

~ try to get a rhythm going again here. My husband is now on his way to Afghanistan but I seem to be having a harder time 'gaining control' over things here 'at the home front'. So I need to get a handle on that SOON!

~ ST 4 days a week with Jackie Warner dvds-I have 4 of her dvds. Plenty of variety!

~ And, MOST importantly, be more active here, on this team!

Cool! I did this yesterday. My goals are posted on my SparkPage, but I'll list them here to, because I hope that will keep them in the front of my mind.
1) lose 8# (270 to 262) by 3/25
2) total body ST 30 minutes two days a week
3) lower body ST 30 minutes one day a week
4) 25 minutes cardio minimum five days a week
5) earn 1000 SparkPoints
6) 660 fitness minutes
7) try 4 fitness videos from the library
8) stay within my calorie range 6 days a week

My goals are to add more daily water to my diet and to stick within my calorie range. Also I want to exercise every day - even if it is just a 20 minute walk.

March Goal is to lose 1.25 lbs. Do something on the Wii Everyday. Start using the Food Tracker Everyday. Write at least one line to all my teams. I hope to add to these Goals every month.
