Done today I worked on Yoga...Building up on my sun salutations.
*Making the best efforts to work happiness into my life.
*Exercise at least 30 minutes 5X a week.
*Drink 64oz of H2O a day.
*Work at least 10 minutes of meditation into my day.
*Work Yoga 3X a week.
Good timing. Today was going to be my active rest day anyway!!
I've been working on this all week and not stopping today.

Today is actually my day away from the gym and its a bit mild out so I will take a leisurely walk @ lunch and when I get on the computer tonight I will bounce on my stability ball. I plan to do a bit of xBox/Kinect that's really fun/active.
