Done today I worked on Yoga...Building up on my sun salutations.

My Goals
*Making the best efforts to work happiness into my life.
*Exercise at least 30 minutes 5X a week.
*Drink 64oz of H2O a day.
*Work at least 10 minutes of meditation into my day.
*Work Yoga 3X a week.

Today is actually my day away from the gym and its a bit mild out so I will take a leisurely walk @ lunch and when I get on the computer tonight I will bounce on my stability ball. I plan to do a bit of xBox/Kinect that's really fun/active.

Try to stay active as much as you can by taking breaks, walking, stretching and moving.

Some ideas:

~ Take a slow, easy walk and leave your watch at home. Enjoy yourself!


~ Sit on an exercise ball while you work on the computer for 5 minutes

~ Have a pillow fight

~ Challenge your spouse to an arm wrestling contest
