This is great. Thanks so much Mzz. So since I can't afford to buy all organic, I can buy regular in the good group and organic as much as I can when buying dirty dozen items and reduce them by a lot if not buying the organic.
Never give up, never quit, never surrender

You can press forward long after you canít. Itís a matter of wanting it bad enough.
The bad news is: we are our own worst enemies. The good news is: we are our own greatest champions.
As many of you know, I'm big on organics and getting your nutrition as much as possible from your foods. With produce... fruits and veggies... high on that list.
With Summer's bounty here, this EWG (Environmental Working Group) list of the safest fruits and veggies as well of their "dirty dozen"may come in handy, for those who can't afford organic or when its simply not available.
They also offer a key tag that lists them, if you donate $10.
Alternately you could list then on an index card, cut to fit your wallet with low pesticide residue produce on one side, high on the other... or list them on your smart phone.
Here's that link: www.ewg.org/foodnews/summary.php
Enjoy Summer's bounty, be safe, be healthy...
Never underestimate the value of getting out of your own way.
