1 scoop Garden of Life Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
8 ounces skim milk, or non-sweetened vanilla almond milk (I use almond milk)
1/2 cup of frozen fruit, or mixed frozen fruit of your choice
Throw in a few ice cubes and blend thoroughly.

I use Weight Watchers caramel smoothie powder (you could actually use one serving of protein powder if you have some) and I add 1 C of skim milk, 1/2 C of pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice to taste. I add 10-12 ice cubes to the mix and blend it until smooth (in a smoothie maker or blender). It makes a thick, cold, milkshake. This recipe is for just one serving and it is fairly large so I either drink it for a meal or split it into 2 parts for a snack. The milk and protein powder give this a good amount of protein and the pumpkin packs vitamins and some fiber. It is delicious and filling! Next time I will try freezing it without adding the ice cubes and see if I can make pumpkin ice milk!

Hi Team!
I've been thinking about doing this challenge for a while.
But when Aquagirl sent me her yummy pumpkin smoothie recipe, I knew that the time was right!

So I'm calling all you talented Thyroid Warriors to don your Chef's hat, slap on your aprons, and share your smoothie recipe or blender soup recipe (good for colder weather).

Or both.
Bon Appetit!
