I know that when my girls are around, it is difficult but they love to dance and I do too. Why not just put on some high-energy music and dance like crazy. You don't have to dance well (I know I don't) but as long as you are working out and having fun, its a win-win situation.

This suggestion comes from SUPERBH. She has a great idea which I will share below. This will be the spot for all of us to brainstorm on how to make it through the day with our kid(s) around. We all get frustrated at times and this is the perfect opportunity for us to share how we dealt with different situations.

First up is SUPERBH:

"What I have isn't really a "idea" more like the beginning of an idea. I know that a problem I have and most likely share with most stay at home moms is how hard it is to get exercise with children around. (Try doing P90x Yoga when your baby sits down under you and it is all you can do to not fall on him!) If we could brainstorm and find ways around this and/or work out child friendly exercise programs that could turn exercise time into quality time with the kids it would make it possible for so many more moms to get in their fitness minutes. "

Let us know how you handle this situation or if you are in the same boat and need help with it too.

Together, we CAN do this!!!
