Choose a realistic goal you will achieve in 13 weeks.
Example of goals:
How many pounds you would to lose in 13 weeks (please be realistic)
Vision yourself lighter on Thanksgiving holiday.
Track all your foods for 13 weeks
Follow all (or most) healthy guidelines for 13 weeks
Exercise at least 4-5 times a week, for 13 weeks
