Today I'll do the Firm tape , upper body with weights. I have to start with 1 pound dumbbell in each hand, and slowly increase the weight.
I have at home 1,2,3,4 pounds dumbbells.
Starting with 1 pound in each hand!!!
It's too hot to walk outside

Today I swam 15 laps and also did water exercises. I like swimming a lot.
I'll continue to monitor my exercise goal until Thanksgiving.

I like it. I need to buy couple more umbels, in different weights.

Today I walked outside 3 miles. I'm so glad I'm back to exercise routine.

get back to exercising on a regular bases. Have a safe and fun trip on Sept 20-22 to Cleveland, Ohio.

I choose to swim 3 times a week and walk 2 days a week.
Total of 5 days of exercise.

That's my goal for the next 15 weeks.

Choose a realistic goal you will achieve in 15 weeks.
