Mimi, I don't like to exercise and never did when I lost the weight however I found out that when I did start using the stationary bike, I went down a size and still weighed the same. Just looked better. So that was a perk!
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. Acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will direct your path! What you eat in private, You wear in public.
Exercise is not my cup of tea... Until now, work in the garden has been a great exercise. Now it is time to go back to walking and swimming. I can easily maintain my weight loss by eating healthy. The habit I still need to work on is consistent exercise. I ONLY have worked on the exercise habit for 101/2 years, and it has not become a consistent habit yet...... At least I have patience....smile
