The day before a weigh-in I always eat my allotted points for the day but nothing more. I drink plenty of water. But I do these things on most days except the day of weigh-in I will use some of my allowance points. I don't want to feel deprived so I treat myself on this day.

I do the same. I'm really strict 2 days before WI. I used to be much too relaxed the same day after WI, but I had to change it. It is one habit that was not easy to change.....
But, like you, as long as I'm at maintenance, it works for me.
Great job, Wendy, for maintaining your weight loss for a long time.

I know the correct answer, but I eat really careful 2 days before weekly weigh-in. And I relax the day of weigh in after the meeting.
But I manage to maintain... emoticon

Are you much more strict a day or two before weigh in?

Day of weigh -in but AFTER you weigh in, do you do anything different? (eat much more, for example, because you have the whole week ahead to fix this)
