What is working for me right now is to eat mainly power foods and to not focus on the scale but on healthy choices.

Oh, and I'm finding that I do better on weeks that I focus on doing a lot of strength training mixed in with my cardio. Lifting weights isn't something I enjoy, but it's getting great results!
