Thanks Mimi, great articles. I have oatmeal 4-5 mornings a week and it does fill me up. I do eat all the things on the list, but Quinoa has not been one I have tried yet. I did try Couscous (from Trader Joe's) and have it on occasion.
Beans, I add to my turkey chili, minestrone soup and another pasta veg.meal. Mostlly I use Northern beans, Kidney beans, Chick peas or occasionally black beans. Have not tried Pinto beans yet. Not sure how the taste is different. May try in a soup some day.
