emoticon emoticon Thanks Mimi, great articles. I have oatmeal 4-5 mornings a week and it does fill me up.
I do eat all the things on the list, but Quinoa has not been one I have tried yet. I did try
Couscous (from Trader Joe's) and have it on occasion.

Beans, I add to my turkey chili, minestrone soup and another pasta veg.meal. Mostlly I use
Northern beans, Kidney beans, Chick peas or occasionally black beans.
Have not tried Pinto beans yet. Not sure how the taste is different. May try in a soup some day.

The food that holds me up full is oatmeal. I make oatmeal with wheat berries. Delicious.
I like cottage cheese. I'm glad it is part of the ten foods

Good suggestions! When I was losing, popcorn was one of my go to's. the 94% FF Popcorn, 4 points for 6 cups.. It was wonderful
