Nancy, I agree, it is much easier to get the water down with a straw. Sometimes I will use my water bottles and drinking cups I use during exercise on a more regular basis.

I was wondering if you ever stopped. You remind me of the energizer bunny! That rest period will do wonders! emoticon

I've found that as long as I drink from a straw, I easily get my water in. Somehow it goes down better for me that way.

My small change this week is to re-establish a routine, including a time to rest. I am so bad about getting in some rest time. So at 3 o'clock, unless I'm called to Cincinnati, I plan on having my kindle ready to sit and read. I have hundreds of books downloaded that I haven't read.

I know that taking a 30 to 60 minute break will go a long way into revitalizing me.

Not doing as well as I would with the water on a daily basis. I am however, drinking water first when we go out, and decide next if I want something additional. emoticon

This week I plan to monitor my water intake more closely. I am going to use additional tracking methods and evaluate the easiest ways to ensure I am getting the correct amount to meet my nutritional needs, and the activity levels of the day. emoticon
