Fruits Low to Medium in Sugar, Fairly High in Sugar and Very High in Sugar!!!
Scroll down to see the list of the fruits that are low to medium, fairly high, or very high in SUGAR:
More suga r= more carbohydrates.
Also look at the portion of each fruit.
Those on the WW program: "Fruits are 0 (zero) PointsPlus".
This list will show you the best choices of fruits and the worst (in terms of high sugar and high Carbohydrates.
