....................Lose Weight over the Holidays? (between now and January 1st, 2013)
You, and only you, can make the choice.
If you want to lose weight or maintain your weight, please plan for it and do (action!) what it takes to accomplish it.
Set specific realistic goals to make your plan work.
If your choice is to gain weight, can you put a number of pounds you'll feel comfortable with?
From my personal experience, I can easily gain 5-10 pounds in a very short time, but losing those 5-10 pounds takes me months!!!! (not weeks or days)
Please share your thoughts and good luck to you whatever choice you make. Thank you.
In the long run, there will be times we just need to take a "small vacation" in this journey for life.
