I totally agree with EVERYTHING Jenae954 says. I feel the same and my list is the same except we do go to the gym at least 3 times a week. We really try to go 5 times a week and MOST of the time that works, but sometimes things come up that are not planned for.
I measure success during weight loss many different ways. How I feel. How I look. Others noticing the changes in body and attitude. Energy level How clothing fits. What the scale says. Healthy food choices. Positive attitude. And the list goes on and on... Still working on the exercise but am getting better at it.
