I use Stevia.

In one teaspon of sugar there ONLY are 13-16 calories and 4 Carbs.

I'll celebrate 10 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2014!

I use truvia or stevia,1/2 pkg. in my coffee. (pure via). It is supposed to be natural, from the leaf of a plant.
I still wonder at times if using regular sugar might be healthier, but it seems so sweet when I do.
