I went to an early WW meeting since my usual one is closed. I released 1.2 lbs which I was shocked since it had ONLY been 4 days. (Thurs to Tues)

As for me I am ONLY spending the day with hubby and we are going out to eat. So, can not over eat there. I am very thankful for him, my few friends and family of course.

I would really in truly love to lose, but maintaining is second best for me.

I'm thankful for my family and our health.

I would like to maintain my weight.

Police my portions and skip eating seconds will help me a lot.
My husband makes a wonderful turkey (not WW recipe....), but I'm goint to enjoy it. Every bite.
Going tomorrow to a WW meeting will definitely help me.

I'll celebrate 10 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2014!
