Great answer, Cindy.

According to Mayo clinin, one teaspoon of salt has 2,325 mg. WOW!!! OUCH!!!

Recomendation per day are 1,500 mg and up to 1,800 mg or a little more.

I'll celebrate 10 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2014!
