I'm not consistent with measuring/ weighing.
I kind of know already how much protein and carbs I should eat - I'm in touch with portion control.
But I'm looking very carefully into carbs count, protein, fat, sodium and CALORIES. Still believe in calories......whatever worksfor me I keep doing.
I limit my carbs to 45-60 grams per meal, and 15 grams for snacks.
I'm not diabetic, or pre - diabetic, but monitoring the carbs helps me tremendously in maintaining my goal weight.
I'm eating more and more free veggies, but I watch the portion control of starchy veggies. I think I memeorized the portion of many foods after 8 years in maintenance.
Always do whar works for you the best.
