I choose to maintain my weight on vacations, which is not an easy task to follow.

Cindy
You're lucky it took you only 3 weeks to lose the pounds you've gained last vacation.
It will probably will take me 5-6 weeks to lose those pounds.
But, that is in the past, and that was a wonderful experience to learn from, and to adjust according to it.

I just came back from two weeks vacation, and I must say it was wonderful feeling to see that I've maintained the weight during vacation.

Enjoy your vacation

I'll celebrate 10 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2014!

Cindy,
I hope you are having an emoticon time. I am confident that things will go just fine.
It is odd, but once we begin this journey there seems to be a little counter whispering in our ears as we prepare to eat. emoticon
Enjoy!

Since I am on vacation now. I really would love to lose weight but maintaining is awesome, too.

I hope and pray that the worst WON'T happen like it did for NO reason in August when I gained 6.4 pounds. Took 3 weeks to lose which was fine with me. First week was 4 pounds, second week 2 pounds and third week was 1.6 pounds RELEASED!

Let's see what happens this week?

Mimi,
My ideal would be to lose or continue to lose. However, I would truly be satisfied with maintenance. emoticon

When you go on vacation...

In addition to have a great vacation, what would you like to happen to your weight loss journey at the end of vacation:

1. Maintain your weight
2. Gain weight
3. Loose weight

Our WW leader takes her WW scale with her on vacations..........
I weigh every day on vacations!

It's our choice, and whatever the choice is, have the best time ever and enjoy every minute.
