I choose to maintain my weight on vacations, which is not an easy task to follow.
Cindy You're lucky it took you only 3 weeks to lose the pounds you've gained last vacation. It will probably will take me 5-6 weeks to lose those pounds. But, that is in the past, and that was a wonderful experience to learn from, and to adjust according to it.
I just came back from two weeks vacation, and I must say it was wonderful feeling to see that I've maintained the weight during vacation.
Enjoy your vacation
I'll celebrate 13 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2017!
Cindy, I hope you are having an time. I am confident that things will go just fine. It is odd, but once we begin this journey there seems to be a little counter whispering in our ears as we prepare to eat. Enjoy!

Since I am on vacation now. I really would love to lose weight but maintaining is awesome, too.
I hope and pray that the worst WON'T happen like it did for NO reason in August when I gained 6.4 pounds. Took 3 weeks to lose which was fine with me. First week was 4 pounds, second week 2 pounds and third week was 1.6 pounds RELEASED!
