I appreciate your thoughtful comments. I have used Melatonin and it sometimes will help put me down, but not really asleep on its own. The sleep I get is lost when it wears out of my system. I am medication sensitive, and must be extremely careful. Without any thought, I drank an herbal tea once which left me feeling like I had taken opium. It turns out
not to mix well with what I do take.
In general most don't need to watch as carefully as I, but it is always a good idea to look into it, as they are just as potent as synthetics. This is especially true if you take other medicines.
As for caring it really is difficult to accept any positive qualities.
I have noted the manner you take responses and post them on your new thread. I think
it is a good idea, and way in which to involve everybody.
