In an organic restaurant we ordered a salad. It was so delicious, especially with PEANUT dressing on the side, just dipping my fork in it, so I used small amount of the dressing.
You can make it so easily. Just a little bit from each veggie. You choose your favorite dressing and protein. My recomendation is to use any REAL dressing, instead of low fat or fat free. Just use less of it to balance it out.

Black beans Avocado Cucumbers Tomatoes Artichoke Fresh beets Carrots Cheese,cubed, your choice Green onions Lettuce Mix greens mushrooms black olives, sliced

Choose your PROTEIN: Grilled chicken, Tofu, etc... I chosed Tofu, steamed.
