I know that we don't count calories and that fruits are zero points (WW), but it is interesting to see the calories, protein, fiber, SUGAR, CARBS etc... in each fruit, and make the right choice and portion control when choosing our fruit(s). We can enjoy any fruit we like, but based on this chart, portion control is important.
That may be one reason why we're encouraged to eat more vegetables than fruits on a daily basis.
