I am proud of the way I fit into size 16 capris just for today.
That is down from a size 2X.

As for me I am proud that I substituted a salad for the potatoes I love to make my chosen dinner
healthier. (It was well withing range except for the delicious looking potatoes).

Today I raised my exercise time from 45 minutes to an hour. I swam today 17 laps and did weight in the water and more.

I walked 3 1/2 miles today and I'm very proud of it, because exercise is not my favorite thing to do....
Slowly and steadily I'll increase the milage.
Slow and steady wins the race!

You did very well to stop at one cream puff! It won't put you back as much as you fear! Just don't make it a habit. emoticon
It isn't a bad thing to exercise a bit more when we go off plan. However, it is easy, even for maintainers to let that "diet mentality" sneak in.
Enjoy your garden and your swim. emoticon emoticon

As for me, I made some difficult decisions to help rid myself of unnecessary stress which was affecting my life, and health in a negative manner. It doesn't help with weight loss issues to be so stressed. emoticon

Today I'm proud of myself for eating only two small cream puffs and not fifty (that I could easily eat if I knew for sure that I'll not gain even an once by eating 50 cream puffs)
I manage very well Chinese buffet. The buffet is not the problem....the cream puffs are.

Tomorrow I'll do hard work in the garden and also swimming.
That is a promise.
