Very helpful. I do have the book, but do the plan on my own.
My YMCA that I go to for aerobics class twice a week is wonderful. The Y has also offered us (This week)
a 90 day challenge for wt loss and are weighing us once a week for this. So this is an incentive. I have been so busy the last 5 months since I moved and finally feel more settled now. Miss you gals, sometimes read posts, but no time to do as much as before with the computer. Gone a lot and have three grand kids too. lol......
Have not been on Spark as often as before. Just do not have the time.
I do appreciate all you do Mimi and Teresa too. Thanks for being here.
