I just ate and ate all evening. This article helped me to understand that this is just ONE meal.
I'm back on track.
And I know it will happen again, so I want to be more prepared for the next time.... emoticon

I definitely want to become NATURALLY thin person. One habit that I practice now for almost a year is not counting point+ or calories at all. I watch the carbs, sodium, Cholesterol, fiber, fat and protein and follow the 9 WW health guidelines. Thin people don't count.
They eat only when hungry and stop eating when almost full. That doesn't mean that they all eat healthy.....
