Womderful approach. I agree with you. It's all in our head/mind.
We need to want it for us and not for other people.
If we really want it and own it (as you've said), it will happen.

I also believe in persistence and patience. This journey takes time. Life time.

These are good steps to take. Personally I think it all starts in our head. We have to want to change our ways.

We do learn from our attempts at weight loss. We just need to want it and own it. Again just my opinion.
