Personally, I've found out that things I like to do, I accomplish them quickly, even if it is hard work.
Things I don't like to do, I am definitely am a procrastinator.
Yesterday I worked on paper work and accomplished a lot, after being a procrastinator for a long time. Being organized felt wonderful.
I'm now "on fire" and I keep doing things I don't like to do, but I know they need to be done.
Connection to exercise??? yes. Every day I find many good reasons why I can't exercise that day. I know It needs to be done, whether I like it or not.
Even my favorites, swimming and water exercise are delayed.
How do I break this procrastination with exercise???
