TUPPERWARE1 You also accomplished # 3 , which is not an easy thing to do. Good for you! When I lost the weight, I would buy a smaller outfit (not in BLACK color! Almost everything in my closet was black...) I hanged it in a visible place in the bathroom, so I could see it every day. It was empowering to get to the point that I can wear it and it's not too small.

Goal #1 SIT on the spinning bike at the gym.( Terrifying to me.) Goal # 2 Pedal on the bike and feel ok. Goal # 3 Stop the weekend binge so I don't ruin my clean eating and tracking for the week. Goal# 4 Have a decent weight loss for the month of June.I yo yo. Goal# 5 Pick an outfit I feel good in. Smaller size.
