What are your snacks between meals?
Usually one fruit, or plain yogurt, or natural peanut butter on very low carbs bread, big 0 points salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, red pepper, green pepper, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon olive oil)

Which food group do you choose? Protein (yogurt), fruits and vegetables)

How small/large is your selection? My salads are large ( I've never gained my weight from eating too may vegetables....) Yogurt, about 1 cup, fruits, small in size.

Do you measure/weigh your snacks?
I'm following the Simply Filling Technique, so I don't measure anything, but I know very well by now what a serving size is, and how to eat until satisfied, but not stuffed (most of the time...)

What are your snacks between meals?
I have several:
boiled egg whites with hummus and salsa
celery with peanut butter
radishes
tortilla toasted with tbls or so of 2% cheese
fruit alone or with serving cottage cheese

Which food group do you choose?

any of them, usually veggies with protein

How small/large is your selection?

veggies-large
carbs etc-small

Do you measure/weigh your snacks?

veggies/fruit-no
protein/ carbs- yes
