CARROT AND ORANGE SALAD

* As WW still consider fruits 0 PointsPlus, count the orange with other fruits you eat that day .
I, personally, eat 2-3 fruits and 5-7 vegetables servings a day.
* For 6 carrots, have 2 oranges. I tripple the salad, because we like it very much.
* I grate the carrots in the food processor, with a FINE grate disk
* If I think I'm hungry, I first eat the cucumber-yogurt salad, and then this salad.
6 carrots, peeld and grated
2 oranges, peeled and cut to pieces (peel also the white part, which is bitter)
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, or less (I use 1 1/2 teaspoons)
Sweetemer to your likening ( I use combination of Splenda and Stevia)
Mix all and refeigirate. Enjoy!
