I agree that anything in moderation can be, and is necessary for a healthy diet. Deprivation is is one of the best excuses, and drains our motivation. I am a firm believer in Spark's advocating 80% healthy foods and 20% other. Junk food can easily become a habit. I personally believe that balance is key. My goal is to eat foods with the nutrition to fuel my body.
Even too much of so-called healthy foods are too much.
There are many articles in the nutrition site on this topic. Recently I read an interesting article on can you cheat on your diet and still lose weight? Caught my attention.
