I'm glad you're reviewing and learning well about the pyramid.
You're right. Portion control is the key, and eating from all food groups.

I should memorize it well.
I also would like to memorize the exchange diabetic plan. This is the best plan!

I'm not diabetic, but the plan is wonderful and easy to follow.

I have been using the pyramid, and reviewing different resources for some time now. It is a good way to establish portion control without much effort at all. Thank you for sharing such helpful information. emoticon emoticon

....Eating Pyramid.

I was reading great information on Carbs and I saw on the left "What should I eat"?

The answer was superb!!! "Healthy Eating plate and Healthy Eating Pyramid".

What is on your plate? How much of each food group?

Also, what healthy snacks are on your plate?

What is your daily precentage of proccessed (could be called "junk" foods) foods that you allow yourself to use on a daily average?
