I follow many of those 22 ways.

#2 I close down the kitchen at a certain time at night and no more food after that. I eat a healthy snack between my dinner and that time and don't seem to want any more than that

#7 I need to work on stocking my kitchen with healthy convenient food so it will be easier to prepare meals, snacks

# 2 is a challenge lately: Be choosy with your night time snacks.
I'm now having buttermilk with banana slices instead of MacDonald's frozen yogurt.

# 8 I didn't know I can order from the children's menu in resturants.
That's interesting.
I never even thought about it.
I like the idea, but I wonder if the resturants like it.......

I'll celebrate 10 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2014!
