As I don't see any difference at all in what needs to be done to lose the weight and to maintain the weight loss, here is what I've gained:
my body is very flexible
More muscle, less fat
Determination to stay at maintenance for life
I can find so many cloths on sale in size 10-12
Looking good in jeans and any cloths
Understanding that I can't be perfect. There will always be ups and downs.
This journey is NOT an easy one. It requires work and effort. I now accept it and I'm willing to do the work it takes.
Swimming is my favorite exercie. I never thought I'll like any exercise
Most important is gaining good health.
