Most of the time I eat 6 small meals a day. I like it better than three meals and 2-3 snacks per day. Snacks are smaller than a meal. My 6 meals are even, about the same amounts and points/calories per meal.

Mimi, I know all the experts say that is what you are supposed to do, but if my smallest meal was at supper time, my late night snacking would be worse than it already is. My biggest "meal" is usually at lunch time and lunch time is around 11:30 am.
Smoothie for breakfast, protein & 2 veggies for lunch, about the same for supper. Snacks are usually fruit, cheese or popcorn.
