you're right! Building one habit at a time upon another creates good foundation for sustaining the good habits.
Learning more every day that passes make it possible to kepp going and hopping to learn many more healthy habits.
My next short term goal is to reach 8 years of maintenance, and my long term goal is to reach TEN years.
