Mimi,
You deserve a pat on the back for getting back to your water exercises. emoticon
It is often difficult to resume our usual activity (especially when there is so much else to do.)

Things seem to keep interfering for me. It is really creating withdrawals. I am getting in what I can, but I know I feel better when I am able to move as I wish.

Currently, my time seems ruled by my medication routine. I am not reacting well, so I must fit my day around their time. Oh well... As it is said there is a time and place for everything emoticon

Yeah, Teresa
You would LOVE Trader Joe's. The prices are very reasonable and their return policy is the best ever!
The always bring new healthy foods.
I'm also happy I knew about the hulled barley. I stopped long time ago bying it in a grocery store.

I swam today and did water exercises !!! Yeah to me! First time in 3 weeks.

I'll celebrate 10 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2014!

Mimi,
Once again thank you for the helpful information. Less processed is always best, so that is what I generally look for.
I am extremely excited that they are finally opening a Trader Joe's near our area. Well, in Kansas, actually, but my significant other is always wanting to get out. I am looking forward to exploring it. Perhaps I can find some of the things there I have difficulty with now.
Have a good day!

Teresa

Most grocery stores carry only the pearl barley.
You can find hulled barley in whole foods stores and other health stores.
