We've many mvembers that to not follow the W8W plan, but follow other plans, and I'm sure that the full nutrition informations is helpful to them

Although our team's titleindicates that we have superb healthy recipes, we're so much more than that.
We do try to give knowlede for living a healthy lifestle, encourage our members to keep going and reach their goals, lose the weight and then maintain their goal weight for life.

In my slow cooker there is now a delicious pot roast. I'll share it later and also post it on our Crock Pot food category. The house smells so good!
