I prefer ground Turkey for it is lower in Cals than beef
I use both. It depends on what I use it for. Chili and taco's are good with ground turkey. There isn't that much difference in the nutrition. Like IRISHEI SAID: eating too much beef may not be good for your heart. Moderation is the key.

I prefer ground turkey. I enjoy the taste a lot more. There are lean ground beefs that are good too, but I very seldom eat ground beef anymore.
At one time they told you that eating beef too many times a week was not good for your heart. That was when we started eating lean ground turkey.
I get the 99% very lean ground turkey or 93/7% very lean ground turkey.
The 99% Jennie-o has the least amount of calories and fat. I think this is why I started using this one. In my opinion it is healthier than beef.
