.... the end of February.
W8Watchers meeting rooms are full with new members at the beginning of each January.
But, by the end of February, usually the class get smaller, for different reasons.
One of the major reasons is that the Honeymoon stage is over by then.
Knowing that ahead of time, will help you re-commit and be determined to keep going, especially when the scale doesn't give you the numbers you wanted to see.
For those who do W8Watchers at home, great job! Remember that when the honeymoon stage is over, the commitment, persistence and determination will help you keep going.
Motivation is a wonderful thing, but it is the tough times that we want to be prepared for and keep going.
So, let's have a wonderful full year until January 2012, and we'll be the ones that don't start again. By then we'll have excellent results.
What do you do when the excitement is gone?
What do you do when you work the plan 100% (or almost...) and you don't lose weight?
What do you do when you're in a very long plateau and the scale doesn't move?
What do you do when you want to lose the weight fast, but you lose it slowly?
What makes you keep going, no matter what?
