Find something you would like to change for the better and work on it every day, starting tomorrow.
There is a saying that it takes 14 days, or 21 days, or even 36 days for a habit to stick and stay naturally.
I'm still working hard on the exercise HABIT for about 7 1/2 YEARS, and it is still not naturally part of my healthy lifestyle. I still need to work on it.
But you may be much more lucky than me and really get it in 14, 21, or 36 days.
Please share which habit you want to work on and let us know when it became a habit for you.
