That was my plan, and I was pretty good for 2 weeks but then Christmas intervened. So, I kind of dropped the ball for a week or so. But my intention is to start right back.

I bought a 3 month tracker which I've filled out and am planning to track and if all goes well, I should get to goal by the end of it. I want to lose 15 lbs, so maybe I'm being a bit optimistic, but that's the goal. and I want to do it using WW's.

I'm going to be away for a week, but I've always been really good during vacation so I'm hoping this time will jump start my efforts.

Great that everyone can eat more than the previous plan.
Now it would be nice to track weekly (for at least one month) weight losses/maintaining/gainning and figure out rhe reasons for those three posibilites above. A weight graph for one month will show the results.

Is the same commitment to track everything, follow all good healthy guidelines is cosistently done every day throughout the whole month, or is it changing from week to week.

Just courious to see some results and the reasons for the results.

I definitely get to eat more. I was at 18-19 pts which included my fruit. Now I'm on 29 points without fruit. And for me, many of the foods I was eating haven't gone up much. Because I was on such a low point value, I had to be very careful what I ate. Now I find that I can eat bread at lunch and pasta for dinner! Couldn't do that before.

I think that the answer to your question depends on how many points you were previously eating... for example someone who was at 23 or 24 pts and is now on the new 29 probably isn't seeming much of a difference or may have less food (excluding fruit). Also how you were previously eating. In my particular case, I've tracked my food both ways for a couple of days and I can say that I get more.

Definitely eat more fruit at zero points which means I do get to eat more but I keep it reasonable.
